[opencms-dev] Customizing wysiwyg editor

Hi All,
I want to display full editor buttons on article and flexible content 
type, so that i can color anchors tag, some other text too from editors, 
and etc. i want also to add OL, UL list from editor without need to go to 
source code area. how could i can do? Please help me.
