[opencms-dev] notification of edit changes in offline site

I need a way to get a daily report on changes that have been made in the 
offline-Intranet site
(which is mirrored - not really in the OCEE sense - to the Internet 
site). Is there
an automatism that e.g. sends a daily report to a group of editors?

And another question in the same vein: how do I create a database export 
of exactly the contents that
has changed since the last export or since some point in time?

All related to the latest OpenCms release (9.5.1), of course.
