[opencms-dev] Doubts regarding the license ocee 9.5.2>10

Hi,

I wonder about the license and upgrade, a customer is interested in
purchasing the license to cluster, but wonder if when migrating to version
OpenCms 10 stable, if updating the OCEE module is free or he needs to pay
to upgrade to OCEE 10 .
