[opencms-dev] how can make translator/localization in OpenCms 9.5.2?

Thank you Jose, Kai and Filip!

I solved adjusting the localizationtool.jsp to work in opencms 9.5.2
(remove obsolete path , dependencies ) ... I will be checking with
calmer/time, the Kai solution using Resource Bundle Editor.
