[opencms-dev] Workflow Enable

hi Kai,

thanks for the note, the workflow is enabled now, i can see publish and
release already. :)

just for everyone to know, im using the Opencms version 9.5.2 :).

would like to thank Chrisoph Kukulies and Michael Emmerich as well.
