[opencms-dev] OpenCms 10 Explorer - add entry to context menu

Hi,

I would like to add an entry to the context menu of the new explorer 
(for folders of type "picture gallery") - but without changing the 
source of the core opencms. From this presentation:

it looks like I could write an app, which adds such an entry using 
"I_CmsContextMenuItemProvider".

1. Is that true?
2. Are there some more details on how to do that? Maybe a working 
example somewhere?
