[opencms-dev] 10.0.0 docker image

Hi Folks,
Could someone please give me a quick help on how to start the opencms 
10.0.0 docker image? I have started the docker quickstart terminal, 
docker run hello-world works. But following the instructions on 
https://hub.docker.com/r/alkacon/opencms-docker/  I fail in entering cd 
~/opencms-docker/10.0.0 in the docker quickstart terminal.
