[opencms-dev] access rights messed ?! - help needed !

Hi,

Something I saw in version 9 was whether the content (blog-elements,
headers, etc.) do not have the same permisions as the folder you want to
edit, inherited from the elements will be in the folder where it is located.

Example
.content <--Others permisions
group-a <--Full permisions
groupa  <--Limited permisions

Why? because the permisions are for all the things in the folder. Maybe
this is your problem.
