[opencms-dev] access rights messed ?! - help needed !

Hello,

looks like i found the issue. The users are in 2 groups where one had the explicit prohibition to publish - the other was allowing it explicitly. The prohibition to publish wins - which is logically ok. Looks like i need to rethink grouping and permissions scheme.
