[opencms-dev] OpenCms 10.0.1: activatiing Flex cache in offline project on production server

Hi list,
does anyone use Flex Cache in Offline mode on a production server?
We think about that because we have a navigation with about 600 entries (spread on 5 levels), which is loaded completely on page load (Flyout navigation).
What problems could occure when using Flex Cache in Offline mode?
Or are there other solutions for reduce loading times for such a navigation?
