[opencms-dev] why jdk and not jre

Hi Patrizia,
I don't think that the jdk is a hard dependency. In fact, the official
docker container (
https://github.com/alkacon/opencms-docker/blob/master/10.5.0/Dockerfile)
only installs a jre...
