[opencms-dev] Need begginers guidance

I have a site that has lotus notes (Domino Server)  documents and I want to migrate them to OpenCms...the first question is: is there a RTF importer?the second one... is where can i get a guide about setting a design site and then migrate that design to the production one.I know this is very basic questions but I haven't found a good guide on this topics.Greetings
