[opencms-dev] workflows in opencms 10.5

hi all,

is there a way to create custom workflows in 10.5? what we basically want to do is to inform editors if the "root language" content of a resource was changed. i know there were workflow modules for opencms 7, but i can't find anything for 10.x.
