Hi, for a mid size website what are the best settings for my.cnf

innodb_buffer_pool_size = 384M
innodb_use_native_aio = 0
key_buffer_size = 192M
max_allowed_packet = 50M
myisam_sort_buffer_size = 256M
net_buffer_length = 2K
