[opencms-dev] Is OpenCMS still being developed?

Hello everyone,
can anyone confirm that OpenCMS is still being developed? We have to choose a CMS for a large project and I'd like it to be done with OpenCMS, but it seems that all (public) github activity stopped on the 30th of august. 
Any information will be much appreciated.Thanks.
