[opencms-dev] Installing Mercury after upgrade to Opencms 11

Can you install the Mercury template on a site upgraded to Opencms 11? 

Even if you have Apollo installed there? 

Yes you can. 

But the Apollo and Mercury Demo contents conflict.

If you want to install one Demo, you have to deinstall the other first. 

Other Apollo modules can stay. 

 

Take the mercury jar files and the Mercury modules from unpacked opencms.war
file from the Opencms 11 distribution. 

Place the jar files in the lib directory , and install the modules.

Restart your servlet container.
