[opencms-dev] Blanks in path names - why?

Christoph,

in the site selector (left select box), sites are always shown with 
their title. For there root site ("/") the title is "Root folder /" with 
a [blank] ahead of the "/".  This is the simple reason for this.

The path input field contains clickable path components, so you can 
click on each of the folder in your path and this folder is shown. The 
space divers there should help you when you have longs paths with a lot 
of folder in it . If you click in this file, you see that all spaces are 
removed and that you can type in the path you want. Or copy the path 
from there.
