if the images and documents are stored in galleries, you can use the “Optimize gallery dialog” for this purpose.

on first sight it looks like the unused content module is not supposed to find binary files like images, pdf files...
We are looking for a way to find pdf files which are not linked in any page. Best way would be a list like in the unused content module, being able to delete one file or more files at the same time.
Is there a possibility to do so or do we have to implement such a feature?
