[opencms-dev] can't login via web-interface

Got a similar log after changing the IP-Address of the server.

To Solve:

Set ServerName in httpd.conf and change the connect-strings
in the opencms config files. If you use a hostname instead of
an IP-Address, be sure you system can resolv it (ping hostname).
