[opencms-dev] Document Management with OpenCMS

   Hello,

   I don´t know if this is the right place to post this question but I haven't found any opencms-user mailing list.
   Has anyone tried to use OpenCMS to manage Documents in the filesystem?
   My idea is to control access to documents such in pdf, html and/or word through OpenCMS. If possible I would like to connect to LDAP so users are authenticated by it.
   One more question: Is there any OpenCMS user guide or manual in English? I have found the user manual in German in the distribution and the OpenCMS documentation in English but my German is very poor and the other documents  does not explain how to use the OpenCMS.
