[opencms-dev] Oracle and News Module

Hi, 

the news module cannot be installed on OpenCms running on Oracle? There is a
column name in the table news_entry, which is called date. Date is not a
valid column name within Oracle. 

There should be database independent SQL-Scripts for those modules. Any
ideas?
