Hello Michael,
that was it. Now I have all the folders and can start using the demo
project. It is also now working with version 5.
The problem is that I am trying to get into OpenCMS step by step, I have
done template development with other CMS (esp. Documentum webpublisher)
but have
no experience at all with this system or something similar to it. So I
have had no idea so far how I import modules in comparison to data, etc.

This file is not a module to import, it must be imported with the
database
import function of OpenCms. So try the following: Create a new project
which contains the root folder, switch to this offline project- Now go
to
database adminstration -> import and import the "website_import3.zip"
file.
After that you can publish the project or stay within the offline
project
you just have created.
