[opencms-dev] Got the solution of file encoding

Dear Guys,
 
I got the solution of file encoding problem myself. I prepared a batch
file named prepOpenCms.bat and stored it in Tomcat's bin directory. The
file contains two lines, just changing the file encoding and calling
tomcat's startup.bat file.
 
set CATALINA_OPTS=-Dfile.encoding=ISO-8859-1
call startup.bat
 
Now it's working after restarting Tomcat. :-)
