Hi David,

Did you follow the installation rules? 

There is a rule that you might have missed:
	- you have to register mysql database runner like a service in
windows services. Please take a look in the installation guide and take a
look properly in the mysql part. 
"mysqld -install" or something like this. This is the way you will never
need to start the mysql database. It will start automatically when the
system is started.
