Okay, I have been searching through the mailing list archives trying to 
find a way to get rid of the "opencms/opencms" part of the url.  This 
question has been asked many times, but I still have yet to see a clear 
answer.  Can someone give me the definitive guide to doing this?  I am 
using Tomcat 4.1.24, Apache 2.0.46, & mod_jk2.
