[opencms-dev] some opencms whitepaper?

The best is to use the JavaDoc for the functions (I downloaded the source
and generated it). For the rest, the alkacon website is ok and you can
install OpenCMS documentation modules which show you some good development
and administration samples (you must have installed opencms for that last
point).
