If you have the same structure in your folders you can copy them. 

Copy /system/bodies/MasterTemplate1/* to /system/bodies/MasterTemplate2/
resp. all the subfolders. Hopefully you didn't create your files randomly.

The only disadvantage is that you have "dead" content in the copied
files. But you can edit the files manually in your spare-time ;-).
