Another problem I found: if you want to delete the file
/MasterTemplate2/page1, which uses the same body as
/MasterTemplate1/page1, the body in /system/bodies/MasterTemplate1/page1
will be deleted, too. So be careful.

The only workaround I found is exporting /MasterTemplate2/*, unzipping
and search & replace the controlcode  back to
/system/bodies/MasterTemplate2/.
