[opencms-dev] Bug: "lost" authentication on the administration module ?

Hi Guillaume,

the same thing happens to me when I have two OpenCMS windows open that
are connected to different servers (one connected to localhost, one remote)
and I click on any vfs file to open it in a browser window. The target of
this
action is always the same browser window. And if it was used to view a page
on the other server before, the exact same authentication dialog appears.
But I have no real explanation for that behaviour either.

Jens

Subject: [opencms-dev] Bug: "lost" authentication on the administration
module ?

Hi all,

I'm normally login in into the adminstration module (with the web based
form), to gain access to the OpenCMS Workplace. Sometimes, when I publish
the "offline" project (or another I guess) a password is reasked to me
through an "http authentication like" page. (see screenshots attached).
Does anyone know the reason for that and if there's a way to avoid it ?

Thanks by advance,

Guillaume.

nb: if i enter a correct login/password, then I can continue working without
a problem.
