[opencms-dev] explorer_files.html

Thanks for the map & the note about future releases. I'm trying some 
customization, and making some progress. The thing is that I have to build 
and then install from scratch each time I make a change. Is this the only 
way to test changes to the core, or is there a simpler, quicker method?
