[opencms-dev] Module import fails

Hello

I am new to openCMS.
I have a problem importing modules.
Whenever i import one in an offline project the import process stops with
the error message: module information not fullfilled.
The modules i tried to import are all downloaded from the opencms.net page,
help modules and how-to-tutorials and something like that. So i guess this
is a system problem.
My system is openCMS 5.0.0, Tomcat 4.1, MySQL 3.23, Java 1.4.0, Win2000
Professional.

Any ideas?
