[opencms-dev] problems with installation

You must get Tomcat working before you can get OpenCMS to work.  Try adding
the following to your classpath
%CATALINA_HOME%\common\lib\servlet.jar

The best reference I found for this sort of installation was the following

Make sure that you can access your jsp's and web pages.
