you'll want to download the "OpenCms 5.0 basic documentation PDF" which 
includes a walkthrough of the system and instructions for installing 
modules.  You'll want to use the module instructions to install the 
interactive documentation modules, starting with the "Alkacon OpenCms 
5.0 interactive documentation base module" available on the same 
download page.  That's as far as I've gotten.  Good luck-
