[opencms-dev] WYSIWYG editor

Hi,

We are currently suggesting OpenCms as a possible solution at a prospect.
He had some questions I couldn't find the answer for:
* Can the ActiveX Wysiwyg editor be limited in functionalities?  E.g. the
user isn't allowed to put something in bold, can this functionality then be
disabled?
* Does the Wysiwyg editor supports css2?
