[opencms-dev] OpenCms WorkConsole error by working remote

Hello,

 

I got a big Problem after server is installed at customer.

Application works correctly by internet from network inside and outside the firewall.

 

On intern network also OpenCms WorkConsole worked correctly !

 

In spite of OpenCms WorkConsole is reached,

Explorer works principal and Administration works only on menu-basis.

By use a work-ikon (like Benutzerverwaltung as well as own Ikons) I get the following message:

 

 

Die Seite kann nicht angezeigt werden. ...

Versuchen Sie Folgendes: Klicken Sie auf Aktualisieren, oder wiederholen Sie den Vorgang später. ff ...

10060 - Zeitüberschreitung der Verbindung Internet Security & Acceleration Server Technische Informationen (für Supportpersonal)

Hintergrund: Der Server hat versucht Kontakt mit einem Upstreaminhaltsserver herzustellen, während er als Gateway bzw. Proxy arbeitete. Er hat jedoch keine zeitgemäße Antwort empfangen.

 

 

The same error message I get with the OpenCms Explorer store edited files (file is correctly stored) or close files to be edited,

but the OpenCms WorkConsole show it in the top_frame and has to be started new ! Yet all other features I used work well.

 

Perhaps someone can help me.
