I am confused. Sorry i am not a programmer!

Let my try to explain my problem again. I habe external links in my galleries.
I created a html-page which uses one of those links out of my linkgallery.
Unfortunately I am not able to open that link in a seprate window.

Do you know how I can do it?

Sorry I missunderstood, I thought you meant the linking tool within the
content editor. I don't think this behaviour is possible with content links.
Haven't looked into the class which handles the functionality, but would
think it uses response.sendRedirect, which normally uses the existing
browser instance.
