[opencms-dev] question opencms

HI there,
 
I'm trying to get openCMS up and running but can't seem to tackle the
problem of encoding. I can't get my default encoding set to iso-5589-1.
I'm using windows in combination with an apache2 webserver and an resin
engine.
On the internet there are a lot of solutions for the tomcat engine, but
i can't find one for the resin engine..
 
Does anybody know how to set the encoding to iso in resin?
