[opencms-dev] Error in publishing

HEllo all,

Every 5th or 6th time i submit a file for direct publishing i get the following error from the interface after the things publish and i click the okay button to close the results message:

  A system error has occured
first line from the stack trace:
  redirect fails :/system/workplace/action/explorer_files.html.
    [from a NullPointerException]

The resource(s) succesfully publish, but i get this error 

 Anyone else have this problem. i search 2004 and 2003 archives and found =
 some discussion of explorer_files.html, but nothing along these lines.
