[opencms-dev] Wrong Timestamp :-(

Hi!

I tried to touch a folder and got the following timestamp:
1-23-104 10:33:48

Of course the system called it invalid ;-)

But if i changed it manualy to 01-23-2004 10:33:48 the system naged 
again and told me to use the format mm-dd-yyyy hh:mm:ss (PM/AM)

Äää??? Isn't it just this format??? Have I set the PM/AM at the end of 
the timestamp? Or what else??

... and by the way: why generates the system such a stupid timestamp!?!? 
A 2004 Bug?? ;))
