[opencms-dev] After user uploads aimage from local system to Image Gallery,Is it needed to publish the same as admin mode

have a look into opencms-forum.de There you find a lot over those issues.
First have a look which value the export -property from your Imagegallery
has. If there is not a export = true this is the mistake. If this is
correct, have a look if the image-file itself has the correct
export-property!
