of course, please find the Farsi localization on the opencms site: 
http://www.opencms.org/opencms/en/download/localizations.html 
but it is not complete now, please wait till two weeks, then I will send
it to the list and to you too. 
I will provide the nightly builds and howto's on my site at
pomegranate.de under the persian download section very soon :-)
