[opencms-dev] any way to do this?

I feel rather silly asking... but isn't that exactly what the Page type 
does? That is, if you want to enforce that the files are HTML and 
editable using the WYSIWYG... and you want it to use templates... you're 
describing exactly the functionality of Page.
