Hi,
1.(If your Webhoster allows it) do a copy of the webapps- and the
database-folder (if it is a mysql-DB).
And if your static files are served by Apache (or another web server) copy
this folder, too.
2. paste the folders to your target system.
AFAIK a dump of the DB works, too.
