[opencms-dev] problem editing files and uploading new files

When i try to save a file longer than a certain row number or when I try to
upload a new file I cannot complete the operation and I receive this
message:
com.opencms.core.CmsException: 0 Unknown exception. Detailed error:
CmsException ID: 0.
root cause was java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: URLDecoder: Incomplete
trailing escape (%) pattern

Any Idea?
