There's a "WebDAV" repository explorer there, so one should simply just 
click on the image :). However, in the examples i've tried, the images 
were all relative to the HTML page, so for Dreamweaver was no problem to 
link them with relative code. I don't know how would this work with 
OpenCMS's "image gallery" paradigm (/systems/galleries/pics/... ) :).
