[opencms-dev] double byte code problem with UTF-8.

hello all:
 
this is my environment:

opencms 6.0_alpha_3  
jdk1.4.2
tomcat5.0.28
mysql 4.1
JVM encoding:UTF-8
mysql url:  db.pool.default.jdbcUrl.params=?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8

   Can show normally in explorer view and the editor ,but all present messy yard in Administrarion and Workflow view.
what can i do?? please help me,thanks a lot!!!
