[opencms-dev] http-authentication config problem

I'm setting up form-based authentication in v6.0.2, and have added the
following <http-authentication> element to opencms-system.xml, which I
think is the correct place and format from opencms-system.dtd in the CVS.
...  <maxentrybytes>400000</maxentrybytes>
     <maxkeys>2000</maxkeys>
   </flexcache>
   <http-authentication>
    <browser-based>false</browser-based>
    <form-based>/secy/login.jsp</form-based>
   </http-authentication>
</system>

However on restart of apache & OpenCms I get in opencms.log:
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Element type "http-authentication" must be
declared.
Am I missing something?
Jon
