[opencms-dev] OpenCMS hangs under heavy load

That's odd -- Tomcat would normally occupy just one process -- so if
there are two processes running perhaps a second instance of Tomcat
has been started somehow. I've seen this sort of thing before with
another application. Can you verify that both processes are running
Tomcat? If so can you think of any mechanism that would cause a second
instance of Tomcat to start?
