[opencms-dev] File encoding issue with 5.0, Tomcat 5.5 on Windows 2003

Andreas,

Unfortunately, I did try that registry fix, then
rebooted, and it yielded no change in the issue. I'm
completely stumped. If I try to install OpenCms 6.0,
it works great, but we're trying to move an existing
OpenCms 5.0 install to another server, so we want to
get 5.0 installed and running on the new server and
will upgrade at a later time.

I've tried the registry fix with both Tomcat 4 and
Tomcat 5. I'm really interested to find out what
versions of Tomcat and Java SDK that you're running at
work so that I can try to match those versions exactly
to see if I can get it going.

Thanks,

Jason
