Also have a look at http://www.dynarch.com/projects/htmlarea/
I think OpenCms is based on version 3 (as I see from the code).
The project seems a bit ... discontinued but works well. Adding new
fonts into the the list is quite easy. Make a download and try offline
some changed in the toolbar config.
There are lots of examples in the dowloadable version that does that.
